  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor QA and Support teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
  • Drive automation testing initiatives and mentor the team on frameworks and tools.
  • Oversee performance, load, stress, and reliability testing.
  • Manage production support, handle escalations, and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams for smooth releases.
  • Ensure operational excellence in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and database deployments.

  Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6+ years in QA, Testing, and Support roles, with at least 2 years as a Team Lead/People Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing and performance testing.
  • Experience managing QA and Support teams in SaaS/Product or cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
