  Role Overview

  We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong creative and visual communication skills. Graphic design will be the primary responsibility, while an understanding of content writing is considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize, design, and deliver across digital and print formats.

  Key Responsibilities

  Graphic Design (Core Role)

  • Design marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, social media creatives, emailers, ads, infographics).
  • Develop layouts for digital campaigns, website assets, and offline branding materials.
  • Create visually engaging designs for events, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.

  Content Understanding (Value-Add)

  • Align visuals with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Contribute ideas for taglines, captions, and ad copy where required.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure visual + written synergy.
  • Awareness of SEO-driven content to design creatives that complement campaigns (preferred but not mandatory).

  Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD).
    • Figma (for UI/UX, prototyping, and collaborative design).
    • Canva (quick design support).
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, layouts, and brand identity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

  Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Basic content writing/copywriting ability (social posts, captions, short ad copy).
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience.
  • Exposure to B2B / real estate / workspace / hospitality sectors.
