Role Summary
We’re seeking high-performing sales leaders with a solid track record in Commercial Real Estate or Coworking solutions. The ideal candidate knows the Mumbai market inside out, has closed large transactions, and brings with them a strong network of corporate clients. You’ll be at the forefront of our nationwide launch strategy, selling premium workspace solutions to established enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end sales cycles for coworking and managed office solutions
· Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients
· Leverage existing networks (minimum 100 corporates) to drive rapid deal closures
· Deliver compelling, high-ticket pitches tailored to CXO-level decision makers
· Negotiate contractual terms and manage deal structuring with finesse
· Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery and client satisfaction
· Provide market insights to shape product offerings and growth strategy
Desired Candidate Profile
· 4–6 years in Commercial Real Estate, Coworking, or Managed Office space sales
· Deep understanding of the Mumbai commercial market
· Proven ability to close large, strategic transactions (Rs. 1 crore+)
· Existing direct corporate network (minimum 100 companies)
· Excellent negotiation and high-ticket pitching skills
· Driven, target-oriented, and relationship-savvy
· Confident communicator with fluency in English
