Lead and manage all dispatch and logistics operations efficiently
Maintain strong working relationships with key customers, especially MSIL
Oversee end-to-end material management including planning, procurement, storage, and delivery
Streamline supply chain processes for cost-effective and timely delivery
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure supply chain alignment
Ensure compliance with logistics and safety regulations
Utilize ERP and other software tools for SCM reporting and operations
Experience: Minimum 15 years in SCM & Logistics with a proven track record in dispatch and logistics
Customer Handling: Must have experience working with MSIL
Material Management: Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and supply chain optimization
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP or similar), and logistics software
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
