Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and execute strategic sales plans to meet and
exceed revenue targets.
Lead Generation & Networking: Leverage existing industry connections and
develop new networks to identify and close new business opportunities.
Client Engagement: Engage with CXOs, Procurement Heads, and IT decision-
makers to pitch relevant solutions.
Solution Selling: Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to present tailored
solutions.
Proactive Business Development: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
within existing accounts.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with competitor activities, market trends, and
technology evolution.
Proposal & Negotiation: Lead RFP responses, commercial discussions, and
contract negotiations.
Reporting & CRM: Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide timely forecasts and
reports.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT services/solution sales with strong
B2B/Enterprise sales exposure.
Network: Must have a strong, active network in BFSI, IT services, and/or Fortune
1000 companies.
Mindset: Hunter mindset, highly self-driven with a strategic approach.
Track Record: Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets as an
individual contributor.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and remote collaboration tools.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal
supervision.
