   Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise:
     • Proficient in Robotic Welding, Spot Welding, and Projection Welding processes.
     • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Sheet Metal Stamping operations.
  2. Documentation & Compliance:
     • Thorough knowledge of PPAP, CARV, MISP in accordance with MSIL (Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.) standards and requirements.
  3. Operational Leadership:
     • Ability to independently manage and represent the Quality Function for assigned areas.
     • Ensure targets and timelines are met with high standards of quality.
     • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  4. Reporting & Analytics:
     • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
     • Proficiency in PowerPoint for quality presentations and reporting to management or customers.

   

  Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering or relevant field.
  • Experience working in automotive sheet metal and welding operations is a must.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
