  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Credit Analysts and Credit Officers in your designated region.
  • Oversee the end-to-end credit underwriting process, ensuring quality and timely decision-making.
  • Review and finalize Credit Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) prepared by team members for commercial entities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of:
    • Audited Financials and Annual Reports
    • Cash Flow Statements and Projections
    • Financial Ratios and Industry Benchmarks
    • Management Strength, Business Model, and Market Position
    • Industry, Sectoral, and Macroeconomic Risks
  • Interact directly with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business, financial health, and risk mitigation framework.
  • Present well-structured credit recommendations to the Credit Committee, supported by data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the credit portfolio within the assigned geography, identifying potential risk triggers and ensuring early warning signals are addressed.
  • Collaborate closely with Business, Legal, Operations, and Risk teams for smooth processing and implementation.

   

  Candidate Requirements:

   

  • Education: CA / MBA (Finance)
  • Experience: 5 to 12 years in Credit Risk or related domains within the financial services/NBFC sector
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial statement analysis.
