  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the collections portfolio for CV and Auto Loan customers across the rural region.
  • Conduct regular field visits and ensure timely recovery from delinquent accounts.
  • Coordinate with legal and recovery partners for repossession, settlements, and litigation when necessary.
  • Monitor and reduce delinquency levels in line with business targets.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Credit, and Risk teams.
