SG Finserve Limited – SGFL (NBFC), a listed entity, is primarily catering to the needs of Dealers/Vendors in the Supply Chain Finance. Supply Chain Finance (SCF) is basically a working capital finance arrangement to Dealers/ Vendors (“Spoke”) having business relationships with Mid – Large corporates (“Anchor”) to optimise working capital requirements of both Spoke & Anchor. The senior officials in SGFL are veterans in the Banking Sector and have prior experience in Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, HDFC Bank, Industrial Development Bank of India, Aditya Birla Finance, etc. A brief on SGFL is attached herewith for your reference (CRISIL Rating and Press Release Attached). As on June 30, 2023, we have total outstanding exposure of Rs 1243 crores which is spread over 851 Borrowers. It is pertinent to note that the aforesaid growth was primarily achieved during the last ~10 months as SGFL commenced its operations from 1-9-2022.
Job Profile
We are presently hiring for Regional Manager / Zonal Manager - Team Leader (TL) Positions in Credit & Risk. A team of credit officers will be reporting into the Regional Manager. The entire Credit & Risk division is centralised and based out of Kaushambi, Ghaziabad at present. A brief detail on the job profile is stated below.
Regional Manager / Zonal Manager - Team Leader - Credit - NBFC (5-10 years’ experience)
- Managing a Team of credit officers
- Responsible for preparing and/or finalising the CRAN (Appraisal Note) for various Commercial Entities covering detailed analysis of Audited Annual Reports/Financials, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry Risk & Economic conditions.
- To engage in client interaction to understand their business model, financials and risk management policies.
- Providing detailed recommendations to the Credit Committee on risk aspects and assessments for particular loans/credit facilities.
- Constant tracking and monitoring of portfolio.
Requirement:
- CA / MBA Finance with at least 9-15 years’ experience in the relevant segment.
- Good understanding of Accounting Standards and Financial Analysis of commercial entities.
- Good interaction and communication ability.
