  Key Responsibilities:
   

   

  • Having quality work with a Team of credit officers.
     
  • Responsible for preparing and/or finalizing the CRAN (Appraisal Note) for various commercial entities covering detailed analysis of Audited Annual Reports/ Financials, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry risk & Market conditions.
     
  •  To engage in client interaction to understand their business model, financials and risk management policies.
     
  • Providing detailed recommendations to the Credit Committee on risk aspects and assessments for particular loans/credit facilities.
  •  
  •  Constant tracking and monitoring of portfolio.

   

   Requirement:
   

  • MBA (Finance) or CA with 2–8 years of relevant experience in credit appraisal, underwriting, or financial analysis.
  • Strong command of financial statement analysis, credit structuring, and risk evaluation.Key Responsibilities:
