automated plant, featuring cutting-edge machinery and a centralized DCS system, ensures high production
capacity, precision, and consistent quality. Strategically located in Gujarat’s Dahej Industrial Estate, while
corporate office is in Noida.
Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing complete factory operations, including production, safety compliance, and
continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership required to align factory operations with strategic
goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality control,
supply chain, and HSE. Enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure safety,
environmental compliance, and industry standards. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma,
or other methodologies. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation. Foster a culture of safety,
quality, and excellence. Collaborate with corporate leadership and manage relationships with suppliers,
vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Administratively strong.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
20-25 years of experience in petrochemical manufacturing, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong background in Administration, production management, process optimization, and HSE compliance.
Skills Required
Expertise in petrochemical production processes, equipment, and plant operations. Strong leadership,
decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous
improvement methodologies. Excellent project management and financial management skills. Strong
communication and interpersonal abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
