We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Quality Head. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both press shop and weld shop operations and possess extensive knowledge of quality control processes. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall plant quality management, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system across the plant.
- Establish and enforce quality control standards for press shop and weld shop operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs.
2. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the press shop and weld shop to enhance overall product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and efficiency measures.
3. Supplier Quality:
- Work closely with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials and components.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier quality management systems.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Implement robust quality assurance procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly.
5. Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Develop and train quality personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other relevant departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments to achieve overall quality objectives.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Lead efforts to achieve and maintain relevant quality certifications.
