    Key Responsibilities:

    Learning & Development Strategy & Execution (Primary Emphasis):

    • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments to identify current and future skill requirements.
    • Design, develop, and implement innovative and impactful L&D strategies, including technical skills training, soft skills development, leadership programs, and certification paths aligned with business objectives.
    • Create and manage competency frameworks, skill matrices, and career development pathways for employees.
    • Lead the selection, implementation, and effective utilization of a Learning Management System (LMS) and other L&D technologies.
    • Develop and deliver/coordinate engaging training content and workshops; source and manage external training providers as necessary.
    • Establish robust metrics and processes to measure the effectiveness and ROI of all L&D initiatives.
    • Ensure L&D activities are closely integrated with the performance management cycle and talent development strategies.
    • Should be flexible to travel for any training and other requirements.

     Team Leadership & HR Operations Oversight:

    • Lead, mentor, coach, and manage the performance of the HR team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
    • Provide strategic oversight for core HR operations, including Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Appraisal Administration, and Employee Engagement activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
    • Guide the HR team in delivering excellent operational support to the business.

    Strategic HR Partnership & Culture:

    • Provide strategic HR guidance and partnership to the leadership team on people-related matters.
    • Oversee the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and consistently applied.
    • Manage escalated employee relations issues with sensitivity and fairness.
    • Champion Extieve's company culture and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and create a positive work environment.
    • Contribute to workforce planning, HR budget management, and strategic HR reporting.
    • Utilize Zoho HRMS (or similar HRIS) for strategic insights, reporting, and ensuring data integrity across HR functions.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
    • 4-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a demonstrable and significant focus on Learning & Development, talent development, or organizational development.
    • Proven experience in leading, managing, or supervising HR staff/teams.
    • Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive skill development frameworks and L&D programs from conception to execution.
    • Strong understanding of core HR functions to effectively lead the operational HR team.
    • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements for each branch location.
    • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication (verbal and written), and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in using HRMS/HRIS platforms (Zoho HRMS is a plus) and L&D tools/LMS.ankatiwari@gmail.com
