  JD for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Developer:

  Must Haves:

  ·       4+ years of salesforce development experience working in consumer or retail services and a minimum of 2 years of consumer goods cloud experience.

  ·       Worked on at least 1 end to end project in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud development specifically Retail Execution and Mobile Execution.

  ·       Good communication skills, although technical skills and experience are most important

  ·       Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or similar field.

  Job Description:

  Senior Salesforce CG Cloud Developer with at least 2+ years of experience on Consumer Goods Cloud Advanced data model and 5+ years of strong development experience on Salesforce platform who can fully engage with client and act as a liaison between offshore team and client.

  1. Salesforce Platform Development and CG Cloud Modeler & TPM:

  ·       Proficiency in Apex (Salesforce’s programming language) and Visualforce and Highly skilled with Salesforce LWC, Salesforce APIs, SAQL and SOQL.

  • Experience building custom objects, triggers, and workflows.
  • Experience on Visio Studio-based modeler development and implementation.
  • At least one year of experience in the implementation and execution of Trade promotion management (TPM) solutions within Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) for front-end development.
  • Implement best practices for efficient and scalable code.
  • Ability troubleshoots other developer's code and take ownership of fixes.

  2. Integration and APIs:

  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, BULK, ANT or platform events.
  • Familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.

  3. Data Modeling and Management:

  • Skill in designing data models, creating custom objects, and managing data quality.
  • Knowledge of data security, sharing rules, and data migration.

  4. Solution Architecture:

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions (while working closely with business analysts and solution architects).
  • Experience with solution design, including scalability, performance, and maintainability.

  • 5. DevOps and Release Management:
  • Understanding of version control (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and deployment. Copado experience is required.
